ERM works closely with local leaders to help create strong and vibrant communities. We strive to perform in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, always remembering our core values: people, planet, and performance.
 
As a generator of cleaner power, ERM also aims to create projects that are mutually beneficial for the communities in which we operate, as well as our shareholders. We believe in leaving every place better than before. This is why we sponsor development projects in local communities through resource donations, event sponsorship, staff volunteering, and local employment.
