ERM Power Retains Major NSW Government Electricity Contract

ERM Power (ASX: EPW) has successfully extended its electricity sales contract valued at more than $30 million with the New South Wales Government.
The contract covers government departments and agencies across more than 10,000 sites, including emergency services centres, medical facilities and schools.
ERM Power has held this NSW Government contract since July 2013 and has retained the contract for a further 12 months through a review and extension process.

ERM Power Acquires Lighting Efficiency Company Lumaled

ERM Power Limited (ASX: EPW) today announced it has acquired Lumaled, a company specialising in energy-efficient lighting for industrial and commercial businesses. The acquisition cost of $3.5M, plus a payment of up to $1.5M which is contingent on first-year earnings, is funded out of cash.
Lumaled develops and distributes LED products throughout Australia. The company’s growth, customer satisfaction and expertise attracted ERM Power which had been actively analysing the lighting market.

ERM Power Announces Half Year Results

ERM Power Limited (ASX: EPW) today reported underlying EBITDAF1 of $37.9m for the six months to 31 December 2015, a decrease of 15% on the first half of FY2015. Underlying EBITDAF growth of $7.6m in the Australian electricity retailing business was offset by US business investment and the change in contract and operations of the Oakey Power Station, as previously guided.
