Hi to our valued customers and stakeholders,
It’s been a year since the ERM Power team joined Shell Energy. What a year it’s been for all of us, as the challenges of COVID-19 have tested our businesses and people in ways we could never have imagined.
Against the backdrop of these extraordinary events, we’ve seen enormous resilience from small businesses, commercials and industrials. Over the year we’ve worked to support customers who needed extra help with payment plans and provided assistance with negotiating different network and other power costs, to help bring some relief.
We pride ourselves on having been number one in customer satisfaction for nine years in a row now, and I hope that reflects in our customer relationships, service and empathy shown during difficult trading circumstances.
ERM Power will become Shell Energy
In February ERM Power will be re-branded Shell Energy. The great service and relationships you’ve come to know will remain unchanged. All that’s great about ERM Power and the team remains the same, albeit with more opportunities to meet your changing energy needs, given the global scope and capability of Shell. That’s already started with our entry into gas retailing to commercial and industrial customers in Victoria.
We look forward to offering you more and cleaner, affordable energy to help support your business and carbon goals, and to cementing our position as the energy transition partner for businesses, governments and industrials in Australia in 2021. Shell is deeply committed to the Australian market and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in delivering you with an integrated portfolio of electricity, gas and smart energy solutions that you can rely on.
